Please treat your polymer clay earrings gently. Be careful not to drop on hard surfaces as this can lead to them breaking. 

As some of our pieces can look very tasty we advise you to please keep all earrings away from animals and children. This will eliminate the chance of them wanting to taste or swallow your pieces. 

Please be mindful we do not offer refunds for change of mind so please choose all pieces with care. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within the first 24 hours of arrival to discuss refund or store credit 

This item is made to order. The current wait time is approximately 1 week - excluding postage. Every piece is made by hand which makes them all individual and very unique. If you require a product by a specific date please send us an email and we can advise if this is achievable. 

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey. 

Please note that we do go through Australia Post for all our postage needs and the length of delivery is subject to change during their peak periods.
